HeadshotLV requires a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of your session time, or if you're running more than 20 minutes late. For sessions that include makeup or hairstyling services, we ask for a 48-hour notice to make any changes.

If the required notice is not provided, a fee of $200 will be charged for session cancellations or reschedules. For makeup or hairstyling sessions, an additional $200 fee will apply. Please be aware that we may cancel the makeup session if you arrive late. If you need assistance, email us or use the "reschedule button" before you cancel.

Unlimited studio time means there is no set limit on how long your session can last. While typical sessions range from 20 to 60 minutes, we don't want to rush you. If needed, we'll extend the session to allow for wardrobe changes and other elements of your photoshoot. Although our online booking system assigns a time limit, please be assured this is only for scheduling purposes and doesn't impact the flexibility we offer during your session.
