AVAILABILITY, SCHEDULING & PAYMENTS:
- Our schedule typically fills 2-3 weeks in advance.
- Please check our real-time availability through our online booking system (By starting the booking process).
- If you have an urgent need to submit your application – please contact us to see if we can squeeze you in.
- Payment for your school application session (sitting fee) is collected at time of booking and acts as a deposit to hold your date and time. Each application image you choose to retouch is $50, each full resolution + application high-end image is $100.
- Out of respect for our team’s time and talent, we require 48 hours notice for cancellation or changing a session time.
- There is a $150 fee for any session canceled or changed with less than 48 hours notice. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment.
- Deposit payments are non-refundable but can be transferred to another date in case of emergency.
TURNAROUND & DELIVERY:
- After your session, we’ll review and select your final image/s you’d like us to hand retouch.
- Standard turnaround time for delivery of retouched images is approx. 48 hours from your session.
- Same Day/Rush delivery of retouched images is available. See below for rates.
